Production Manager

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech (Chemical) / M.Sc. (Chemistry) or equivalent

## Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production activities to achieve production targets.

• Supervise manufacturing of skin care and hair care products.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, quality, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with QA, QC, R&D, Purchase, Stores, and Maintenance teams.

• Manage production manpower, machinery, and material utilization.

• Maintain production records, batch documentation, and MIS reports.

• Reduce production losses and improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure timely delivery of finished goods.

## Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, Skin Care, Hair Care, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of cosmetic manufacturing processes and GMP.

• Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
