Production Manager / Floor Supervisor

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced and responsible person for our Wooden Work / Interior Production Factory.

Job Responsibilities:

Factory floor की daily production संभालना।
Carpenter, helper और workers को काम assign करना और उनकी productivity देखना।
Wood cutting, CNC, edge banding, drilling, assembly और finishing जैसे production processes को monitor करना।
Drawing/measurement के according काम और quality check करवाना।
Production target और timely completion ensure करना।
Material और machine का proper utilization देखना और wastage/rework कम करना।
Site की requirement के according production planning और dispatch coordinate करना।
Factory में discipline, cleanliness और safety maintain करना।

We Need Someone Who:

✔️ Wooden work / furniture / interior production का अच्छा experience रखता हो
✔️ Team और workers को properly handle कर सके
✔️ Production और quality की responsibility ले सके
✔️ Problem-solving और responsible attitude रखता हो
✔️ Factory floor को independently manage कर सके
