Job Profile:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Incharge / Plant Supervisor for our packaging plant located on Magadi Road, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be local to Bangalore, familiar with the local language (Kannada), and fluent in Hindi and English.

key Responsibilities:

·        Supervise daily production activities at the packaging plant.

·        Ensure smooth and timely execution of production schedules.

·        Monitor workforce performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

·        Coordinate with other departments (maintenance, logistics, quality control) for efficient operations.

·        Maintain production records and report daily output and issues to the management.

·        Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and machines.

Candidate Requirements:

·        Must be a local resident of Bangalore, preferably near Magadi Road.

·        Must be fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English.

·        Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

·        Ability to handle production-related challenges and lead a team effectively.
