• Ensure adherence to production schedules and timely order fulfillment.

• Maintain quality standards as per company and industry requirements.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental guidelines in the plant.

• Lead, train, and supervise shop-floor staff and machine operators.

• Coordinate with purchase, maintenance, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports.

• Suggest improvements for process efficiency and cost reduction.
