Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution (PPC):
Plan and schedule production workflows based on incoming sales orders, job sheets, and delivery deadlines.
Coordinate stages across CAD/CAM, 3D printing/waxing, casting, filing, setting (prong, pave, bezel), polishing, and final QC.
Monitor On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery targets for both custom order requests and mass production lines.
Metal Loss Control & Inventory Tracking:
Account for daily precious metal issues, returns, scrap, and dust/fragment collection (ghat / loss calculation).
Maintain zero-tolerance inventory control for raw materials (gold, silver, loose diamonds, gemstones).
Conduct daily/weekly physical stock reconciliations and safe/locker audit logging.
