Position Overview:

Amrit Auto Ancillaries & Company is seeking a skilled Quality & Production Executive with hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, quality inspection, and process improvement. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, experience in maintaining production flow, and the ability to ensure product quality as per industrial standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field.

• 3–4 years of experience in production and quality in a manufacturing/auto components industry.

• Knowledge of quality tools such as 5S, Kaizen, CAPA, Pareto analysis, etc.

• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauge tools.

• Understanding of production planning, material handling, and process control.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lead workers, handle shop-floor activities, and work under pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
