Job Description

We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team at Avadh Behari Khanna & Bros. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines
Maintain records of garments stitched by tailors.
Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
Coordinate with the team to ensure garments are ready on time and meet the deadline.
Able to arrange skilled tailors for garment stitching as per production requirements.
Capable of deciding garment stitching rates with effective cost management and budgeting.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
