Plan & Manager daily production activities to meet output , quality,delivery targets
must knowlege of sheetmetal & experiance
monitor production process & troubleshoot operational issue.
preparing production reports, document, performance metrics
must have knowledge of 5S, line balancing, time study etc
train & guide production staff & operation
ensuring compliance with safety, quality & environmental standards.
