Role Description The Plant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations and ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production. This role includes planning and managing production schedules, coordinating with procurement and inventory teams, and monitoring equipment performance and maintenance. The Plant Operations Manager will lead and develop plant staff, enforce safety and compliance standards, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste. They will collaborate with quality assurance, logistics, and management to meet customer requirements, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain accurate operational reporting and documentation.
