Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Press Department.

• Monitor machine operations and ensure optimal productivity.

• Allocate manpower as per the production schedule.

• Ensure adherence to production targets, timelines, and quality standards.

• Maintain machine health by coordinating with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.

• Minimize wastage and downtime through process improvements and proactive planning.

• Conduct daily shift meetings and maintain production reports and logbooks.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and company policies.

• Coordinate with Quality Control to resolve any product or process issues.

• Train and guide workers/operators to improve efficiency and skill levels.
