Production Manager

• Operate and manage batching plant systems to ensure timely, accurate production of concrete as per mix design specifications.

• Monitor raw material levels (cement, aggregates, admixtures, etc.) and coordinate procurement to maintain uninterrupted operations.

• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure the consistency and compliance of concrete with industry standards (IS/ASTM).

• Schedule and coordinate daily production plans in alignment with site requirements and dispatch timelines.

• Maintain detailed production logs, material usage records, and plant performance reports.

• Conduct regular equipment checks and coordinate preventive maintenance with the plant maintenance team.

• Adapt to rotational shifts, including night and weekend coverage as required.
