Production Manager

• Production Management:
  Plan and monitor daily production activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Quality Assurance:
  Implement quality control measures at every stage of manufacturing to ensure high standards of craftsmanship and consistency.

• Team Leadership:
  Manage, train, and supervise factory staff including artisans, setters, polishers, and quality control personnel.

• Inventory & Procurement:
  Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials (gold, silver, stones, tools, etc.) while minimizing waste.

• Process Improvement:
  Continuously assess and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

• Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Maintenance Oversight:
  Oversee regular maintenance of machinery and tools to prevent downtime.

• Reporting:
  Maintain production records and provide regular updates to senior management on performance, productivity, and challenges.
