🔯 Position: Production Engineer – Injection Moulding
🔯 Department: Production
🔯 Salary: Upto ₹35,000 per month
🔯 Location: Bhiwandi
🔯 Experience: Minimum 5 Years
🔯 Qualification: B.E. (Any Discipline) / Diploma in Plastic Engineering or Mechanical preferred

Key Responsibilities:
🔆 Plan, monitor and execute daily production activities for injection moulding operations.
🔆 Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, moulds and raw materials to achieve production targets.
🔆 Supervise machine setup, mould changing, process parameters and production quality.
🔆 Monitor production planning, inventory and material availability to avoid downtime.
🔆 Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
🔆 Reduce rejection, improve productivity and optimize cycle time while maintaining quality standards.
🔆 Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and Stores teams for smooth production flow.
🔆 Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs and timely preparation of production reports.
