1. Plan Production – Make daily/weekly production plans as per order.

2. Material Management – Check availability of raw materials (resin, fibre, cement, sand, etc.).

3. Manpower Handling – Assign work to labour teams and monitor performance.

4. Supervise Casting – Oversee moulding, demoulding, FRP layering, and concrete casting.

5. Monitor Curing – Ensure proper curing of FRP and precast blocks.

6. Ensure Quality – Maintain quality standards during all stages of production.

7. Check Moulds – Ensure moulds are clean, undamaged, and properly stored.

8. Maintain Safety – Follow factory safety rules and ensure the team uses PPE.

9. Machine Upkeep – Check machinery condition and request maintenance if needed.

10. Daily Reporting – Submit daily production and labour reports.

11. Dispatch Coordination – Work with the store/dispatch team for on-time delivery.

12. Wastage Control – Reduce material wastage and improve efficiency.

13. Stock Updates – Keep records of finished stock and material usage.

14. Attend Meetings – Join planning and review meetings with management.

15. Team Training – Guide workers on process improvement and safety.
