The Production Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end merchandise production process. The coordinator acts as a bridge between design, merchandising, production, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and on-time product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for merchandise production.

Assist the merchandising team with product development, costing, and sampling.

Maintain production timelines and ensure on-time delivery of goods.

Monitor order status and follow up on approvals (fabric, trims, fit, PP samples).

Track shipment schedules and manage logistics coordination.

Prepare and update production reports, purchase orders, and order sheets.

Conduct quality checks in coordination with QA team to meet company standards.

Assist in inventory planning, stock monitoring, and replenishment.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (design, sales, warehouse).

Support in preparing presentations and reports for management on merchandise status.
