Job Description

We have urgent openings in steel & Fabrication Industry for the below mentioned profiles. The Company requires suitable candidates for Ghaziabad ( Sahibabad) Location.

The Production Manager will lead and oversee the entire sheet metal fabrication shop, ensuring efficient production planning, manpower management, quality output, machine utilization, and on-time delivery. The role requires strong technical knowledge of sheet metal processes, welding, laser cutting, bending, assembly, surface finishing, and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Execution Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders.

• Ensure optimum utilization of machines such as CNC Laser Cutting, Turret Punch, CNC Bending, MIG/TIG welding stations, spot welding, powder coating line, etc.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and store teams to ensure timely material availability.

• Implement and monitor routing sheets, process sheets, and BOQs.
