🕘 Timing: Shift Based (8:30AM- 5:00 PM)

📋 Responsibilities:

.Assist the Plant Manager in production planning and execution.

.Monitor production schedules, output, and achievement of production targets.

.Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and other requirements.

.Supervise manpower, provide guidance, and support workforce training and development.

.Coordinate with Maintenance, Logistics, Procurement, and Quality Control teams for smooth operations.

.Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and cost efficiency.

.Assist in inventory management, raw-material planning, and resource allocation.

.Prepare production reports, analyze operational data, and present performance updates to management.

.Support audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.

.Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized plant environment.
