Job Responsibilities
• Monitor and maintain the quality of manufactured automotive products.
• Inspect materials and components based on quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct in-process inspections, final inspections, and quality checks.
• Identify defects or deviations and report them to the supervisor or quality head.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, test results, and quality records.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure adherence to quality procedures.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and troubleshooting quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement processes.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is B. Tech (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 0 - 1 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
Key Skills Required
• Basic understanding of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of tools like vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to identify defects and maintain product standards
• Good communication and documentation skills
