Industry: Medical / Examination Gloves Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day glove production and achieve production targets.
· Supervise production staff and shift operations.
· Monitor glove quality, productivity, and wastage.
· Ensure smooth operation of dipping, stripping, washing, and related processes.
· Troubleshoot production and process-related issues.
· Maintain production records and coordinate with QA, maintenance, and stores teams.
· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience in latex or nitrile examination glove manufacturing is preferred.
Strong practical knowledge of glove dipping and manufacturing processes.
Experience in rubber/latex/nitrile manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Educational qualification in Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Rubber Technology, or a related field.
Good leadership, team-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently handle shift production and meet production targets.
