Rajan Auto Industries is into manufacturing of Pipes, Hoses, Dipsticks, Fabricated Parts and other components for tractors, automobiles and earth-moving equipment. We serve OEMs, exporters and the replacement market through our manufacturing and product development capabilities.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily production, workers and multiple manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily production plans and achieve production targets.
Manage, guide and train workers and supervisors.
Plan production of child parts, welding, brazing, end forming, hose assembly and other production related activities.
Check first-piece, in-process and finished-product quality.
Reduce rejection and resolve production problems.
Maintain production records, check-sheets and ISO compliance.
Coordinate machine maintenance and shop-floor cleanliness.
Improve productivity and maintain discipline.
Keep management informed and update Customer Support when finished material is ready.
Support customer visits and address quality concerns.
Candidate Requirements & Preferences
Hands-on experience managing 25+ workers and supervisors.
Experience in production planning and in process quality control.
Candidates from similar product lines and industries experience will be preferred.
Candidates residing within 10 km of the factory will be preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering required.
