Production Helper

We are looking for a Production Helper to join our team at Bms Electronics Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹13,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in BMS wiring and basic battery assembly work.

• Perform punching, fitting and other production-related activities.

• Packing, labeling and checking finished products.

• Handle wires, BMS components and other production materials carefully.

• Follow standard operating procedures and instructions given by the supervisor.

• Perform basic quality checks during production.

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workplace.

• Support the production team in achieving daily targets.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of BMS wiring is an advantage.

• Interest in learning battery/BMS assembly work.

• Good hand coordination and attention to detail.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Previous factory/production experience is preferred but not mandator
