Bioaltus is a pharmaceutical company specializing in the manufacturing of finished formulations. They are currently in the process of establishing a new manufacturing facility in Sarigam, Gujarat.

Location Sarigam , Vapi, Gujarat

1.      Production Officer (4 positions)
Experience: 3-5 yrs

Qualification: B.SC./M.SC./B.PHARMA/M.PHARMA
Key requirements:
Manufacturing, Document filling like Log book, BMR, Validation, qualification, RH/Temperature

2.      Production (Granulation) (3 positions)
Operator/Technician

Experience: 3-5 yrs

Qualification : ITI, Diploma Mechanical/Diploma in pharmacy

Key requirements:

Should have knowledge of Changeover, cleaning and operation of FBD, RMG, Sifter,                         Multimill, Paste cattle, FBE, Blender, Co mill, Vacuum transfer system, Document filling like BMR,Machine log book, Checklist

3.      Production (Compression) (3 positions)

Operator/Technician

Experience: 3-5 yrs

Qualification : ITI, Diploma Mechanical/Diploma in pharmacy

Key requirements:

Should have knowledge of Changeover, cleaning and operation of compression machine D-Tooling, B-Tooling, Single rotary/Double rotary machine, By layer  tablet ,Document filling like BMR, Machine log book, Checklist

4.      Production (Capsule Filling) (1 position)

Operator/Technician

Experience: 3-5 yrs

Qualification : ITI, Diploma Mechanical/Diploma in pharmacy

Key requirements:

Should have knowledge of Changeover, cleaning and operation of  Capsule filling machine, Pallet filling, powder and mini tablet in capsule ,Document filling like BMR,Machine log book, Checklist

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
