Job Title: Quality control Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

Department: Quality Control & Assurance

Report to: QC Executive

Supervise: Product & Production line Quality performance

Functional Relationships with:

Production, Production Engineering, Machine Engineering, Industrial Engineering,

Quality Assurance members in Singapore and relative Murata factory(Japan, China, Philippines)

POSITION PROFILE:

Base Location: India (South), the successful candidate will (with focus but not limited) responsible

for monitoring process performance, non-conformance system operation,

management, and improvement activity

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct investigation, FA planning and provide instruction for non-conformity issues

• Responsible for managing non-conformance issues with internal system

including root cause & corrective actions

• Participate and support quality improvement activities with related functions

• Propose & improve process monitoring through SPC with smart tool

• Provide recovery treatment to the affected lot and ensure to prevent outflow

• Perform simple confirmation testing using basic laboratory tools like scopes

• Pursue learning the knowledge, technologies on new products, process, quality control methods

• Perform calibration for required equipment’s

• Other duties assigned by superior/Manager/Factory head.

ABILITY/COMPETENCY REQUIRED:

Candidate must possess:-

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering

• 3 years factory experience required

• Working Hours: 12 hour shift (Permanent Day / Night Shift)

• Able to work on rotating 12 hrs shift

• Able to use PC with Microsoft Excel effectively, Power Point will be advantageous.

• Able to speak and write English fluently, also able to converse in Tamil/Japanese languages will be added advantageous.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
