We are hiring a Production Engineer for our manufacturing unit in Santej, Gandhinagar.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to achieve production targets and TATs.
• Supervise shop-floor operations and ensure timely dispatch.
• Monitor production quality, breakdowns, corrective actions, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain production records, daily reports, and required ISO/SOP documentation.
• Perform daily data entry in Tally.
• Coordinate with Design, Material, Quality, Trial, and Dispatch teams.
• Arrange required raw materials, tools, and spares as per work orders.
• Prepare manpower planning and work allocation.
• Identify production-related issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
Requirements:
• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in Rubber or Plastic production will be preferred.
• Good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and MS Office skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
• Team-handling ability will be an advantage.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
