Position- Production Engineer

Qualification- Diploma/Graduate/CIPET.

Experience – 6 to 7 yrs

Industry – Plastics Packaging (Injection Moulding)

Duty- 8 hrs Rotation Shift with Friday Off.

Job Location – Tarapur MIDC

Job Profile-

Ensure Production as per Planning given
Manpower allocation for machine & monitor Secondary operations.
improve productivity, Maintain OEE of machine and Reduce machine downtime
Shall give solution for defect production pertaining to standard quality.
ensure timely complete the Mould Trial, RM Trial & Master Batch Trial etc
Maintain shift wise reports like Production, Breakdown, Mould change, RM Mixing etc
Maintain good Housekeeping & 5S at Shop Floor
Training to Shop floor employees related to Safety, Product defect.
Basic knowledge of Electrical (machine related).
Computer Skills, MIS Reporting, Software Handling et
