Product Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Product Sourcing Executive with the years of experience to manage end-to-end product sourcing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, ensuring product quality, optimizing procurement costs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. The candidate should possess strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable domestic and international suppliers.

• Source products and materials based on quality, cost, delivery timelines, and business requirements.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

• Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and performance reviews.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic vendors.

• Obtain product quotations, samples, and technical specifications for evaluation.

• Coordinate with Product Development, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Logistics teams to meet sourcing requirements.

• Monitor supplier performance, including quality, delivery, responsiveness, and cost competitiveness.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.

• Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Resolve supplier-related issues such as quality concerns, delivery delays, and supply shortages.

• Support new product development (NPD) and product launch projects through timely sourcing.

• Prepare sourcing reports, vendor comparisons, cost analyses, and procurement dashboards.

• Maintain supplier databases, contracts, purchase records, and sourcing documentation.
