Job Title: Junior and Senior Executive – Procurement, Planning &

Control

Location: Bhuj, Gujarat

Experience Required: 3–8 Years (Minimum 5 years for Junior Role)

Industry: Tire Manufacturing

Key Focus: 1/5 ratio of Scheduling experience is mandatory

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior and Senior Executive –

Procurement, Planning & Control to join our team in Bhuj. The ideal candidate will have

strong experience in scheduling, procurement planning, inventory control, and

cross-functional coordination within the tire manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute production schedules aligned with demand and inventory

targets.

● Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, consumables, and spare parts.

● Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.

● Monitor and control inventory levels to support uninterrupted production.

● Liaise with production, maintenance, and quality teams for real-time planning

adjustments.

● Create purchase requisitions, evaluate purchase orders, and follow up for timely

procurement.

● Implement scheduling best practices to optimize production efficiency and reduce

downtime.

● Maintain accurate planning reports, stock records, and scheduling documentation.

● Work on ERP systems for material planning, procurement tracking, and MIS

generation.

Required Skills:

● Minimum 3-8 years of relevant experience, especially in production scheduling

within the tire or manufacturing industry.

● Strong analytical and planning skills with attention to detail.

● Proficiency in MS Excel, scheduling tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

● Excellent communication and vendor management skills.

● Knowledge of material planning, inventory control, and procurement lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or relevant

field.

● Prior experience in tire manufacturing companies preferred.

● Understanding of lean manufacturing and supply chain optimization is a plus.
