Coordinate daily production activities by tracking process flow, material movement, and work-in-progress across departments within the manufacturing plant.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality norms, and production schedules through regular follow-ups with shop-floor teams.
Maintain accurate production records, prepare basic MIS reports, and support data entry related to output, rejection, and process parameters.
Assist in resolving routine process-related issues by coordinating between Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
