Job Title: Press Operator (Newspaper Printing)

Location: Sector 83, Noida
Department: Production / Printing
Reports To: Press Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Press Operator to run and maintain high-speed newspaper printing presses. The role involves ensuring timely printing, maintaining quality standards, and following safety procedures in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate newspaper printing press machines

• Monitor press performance and adjust settings for optimal output

• Ensure print quality (alignment, ink levels, clarity, color consistency)

• Load paper rolls and manage ink supply

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press equipment

• Identify and troubleshoot basic machine issues

• Meet daily production targets and deadlines

• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

• Coordinate with production and quality teams

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Printing Technology

Working Conditions:

• Rotational shifts (including night shifts)

• Fast-paced, noisy production environment

• Requires standing for long hours

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
