Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Update and monitor production schedules and job orders.
Prepare MIS reports and production reports using Advanced MS Excel.
Maintain production, inventory, and material tracking records.
Follow up on material availability and production status.
Ensure timely data entry and documentation with high accuracy.
Generate reports related to production planning and order status.
Assist in capacity planning and production forecasting.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of PPC records.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Charts, etc.).
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.
