We are looking for a skilled and responsible Power Press Machine Operator to operate power press machines for manufacturing and sheet-metal production. The operator will be responsible for setting up machines, loading materials, monitoring production, checking product quality, and following all safety procedures.
Operate power press machines safely and efficiently.
Set up dies, tools, and machine parameters according to production requirements.
Load and position metal sheets/components correctly.
Perform punching, bending, cutting, stamping, and forming operations.
Monitor machine operation and identify abnormalities or defects.
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments and gauges.
Maintain required production quality and quantity.
Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance.
Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working area.
Use PPE and strictly follow workplace safety procedures.
Report machine breakdowns, quality issues, and safety hazards to the supervisor.
