Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day powder coating operations and production activities.
Ensure proper surface preparation, pretreatment, and powder coating application.
Monitor coating thickness, adhesion, gloss, color consistency, and finish quality.
Set and optimize powder coating parameters to achieve desired quality standards.
Troubleshoot coating defects such as orange peel, pinholes, blistering, poor adhesion, and color variation.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct quality inspections and maintain process records.
Monitor powder consumption and control material wastage.
Ensure preventive maintenance of powder coating booths, ovens, guns, and conveyors.
Train operators on coating techniques, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce defects.
