Logic Development & Design: Analyze process sheets and scope of work to develop offline PLC logic, HMI screens, and SCADA configurations tailored to system requirements.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Verify and debug offline programs. Refine logic sequences to optimize processes, initiate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and secure customer approvals.
Installation & Site Execution: Integrate and test finalized software with physical hardware. Execute, prove, and fine-tune system logic directly on the shop floor or customer site.
Training & Final Sign-Off: Provide comprehensive, hands-on system training to clients. Execute and document the final buy-off sheet for all finalized operational logic.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain precise logic reports detailing the developed code architecture, site modifications, and final operational outputs.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Scope
Internal Coordination: Partner with the Controls Team and Mechanical Team to seamlessly map out system requirements and program parameters.
External Coordination: Interface directly with Customers to align on process flows, manage on-site installation, and troubleshoot deployment challenges.
