Job Title: PLC Automation EngineerExperience: 5 YearsLocation: [Add Location – e.g., Chennai / Coimbatore / Hosur]Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial AutomationEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced PLC Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, SCADA/HMI development, and industrial machine automation. The candidate should be able to independently handle automation projects, commissioning, and maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop and modify PLC programs (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi / Omron).Develop and integrate HMI / SCADA screens and logic.Perform machine commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting on shop floor.Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of automation systems.Work with sensors, drives, VFDs, and industrial controls.Perform system upgrades, configuration changes, and improvements.Ensure proper documentation of PLC logic, wiring diagrams, and project reports.Coordinate with production, maintenance, and project teams.Provide technical support during installation and after-sales service.
