Job Overview:

As a Picker Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate picking and packing of orders for dispatch. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment to meet daily targets and ensure that products are correctly prepared for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Accurately pick items from shelves and storage areas based on order specifications. Ensure all items are scanned and tagged correctly.

• Packing: Safely and efficiently pack orders according to company guidelines to ensure products are secure for delivery. Use appropriate packing materials and labeling.

• Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies before packing. Report any issues to the supervisor or manager.

• Stock Management: Help with stock organization, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

• Inventory Control: Assist in stock counting and maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Ensure safe handling and storage of products.

• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily order volume and quality targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders.

• Good communication skills.

• Rotational Shifts: Willingness to work in a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with inventory management systems.

• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks).

• Basic computer skills for data entry and order tracking.
