Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm in Chemistry or related field.
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with relevant knowledge can apply).
• Knowledge of: GMP, batch manufacturing process, SOP documentation, and equipment operation.
• Skills: Attention to detail, time management, teamwork, and communication.

Compliance & Documentation
o Maintain GMP and GDP standards in all manufacturing areas.

Batch Preparation & Execution
o Prepare batches according to approved Master Formula Records (MFR/BMR).
o Ensure correct weighing, charging, and mixing of raw materials as per process.
o Monitor and record process parameters (temperature, time, pH, etc.).
o Maintain batch records and ensure proper line clearance before starting.
