The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to ensure smooth daily operations of the MD’s office. The role requires discretion, strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence
Draft, review, and send official emails and letters
Maintain confidential files and documents
Prepare agendas, MOMs, presentations, and reports
Act as a liaison between MD and internal teams
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and senior management
Handle follow-ups with departments on MD’s instructions
Manage communication inside and outside the organization
Schedule board meetings and executive meetings
Arrange domestic/international travel, hotels, and itineraries
Prepare briefing notes before meetings
Handle travel reimbursements and documentation
Assist in business planning, dashboards, and strategic tasks
Track key projects and deadlines
Support in decision-making with data and reports
Handle special assignments from MD
Manage personal appointments
Handle confidential family or investment documentation
Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams
