Job Title: Packing / Packaging Executive

Job Summary:

The Packing Executive is responsible for carrying out and supervising the packing of finished goods as per company standards. The role ensures timely, accurate, and safe packing of products while maintaining quality, hygiene, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Packing Operations

• Execute and monitor daily packing activities.

• Ensure correct labeling, sealing, weighing, and presentation of the products.

• Operate packing machines and maintain efficiency of packing lines.

• Follow packing instructions (PI) and batch packing records (BPR).

2. Quality & Standards

• Ensure adherence to quality specifications and packing guidelines.

• Inspect products and packaging materials to avoid damage or defects.

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and GMP standards in the packing area.

3. Material Handling & Stock Management

• Check availability of packing materials (boxes, labels, films, tapes, etc.).

• Reduce wastage and ensure optimal material usage.

• Coordinate with the store/warehouse for timely material supply.

4. Documentation

• Maintain packing reports, weight checks, and daily activity logs.

• Record quantities packed, rejected, reworked, and dispatched.

• Ensure proper filing of batch records for audits.

5. Coordination & Teamwork

• Work closely with production, quality, and dispatch teams.

• Support packing operators and helpers to achieve daily targets.

• Communicate any issues related to packing quality or machine performance.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and hazard control measures.

• Report any unsafe practices or incidents immediately.

• Ensure packing area compliance with company policies and regulations.
