Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate daily packing operations.

· Ensure products are packed as per quality standards and specifications.

· Monitor packing productivity and achieve daily packing targets.

· Allocate manpower and manage packing staff.

· Train and guide packing workers.

· Ensure proper labeling, batch coding, and packaging of products.

· Maintain packing records, reports, and documentation.

· Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Stores departments for smooth operations.

· Monitor packing material consumption and minimize wastage.

· Conduct daily inspections of packing areas and equipment.

· Verify packed material quantities before dispatch.

· Conduct daily inspections and monitor team performance.
