Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Line Packaging Supervisor who has worked in Food Manufacturing / Snacks / FMCG production lines.

The candidate will be responsible for managing operators, maintaining packaging quality, and ensuring smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage packaging line operations on the production floor

Ensure correct packing weight, sealing, labeling & batch coding

Monitor manpower and assign daily work to operators & helpers

Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines

Coordinate with production, quality & maintenance teams

Maintain shift reports, wastage records, and daily output logs

Troubleshoot minor machine issues and inform maintenance for repairs

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years experience in Food Packaging Line (Snacks, Namkeen, Masala, Biscuits, Bakery, etc.)

Should have knowledge of packing machines (FFS, Pouch Packing, Flow Wrap, or similar)

Good communication & team handling skills

Ready to work in shift operations

कार्य विवरण:

हमें फूड मैन्युफैक्चरिंग / स्नैक्स / FMCG उद्योग में काम कर चुके लाइन पैकेजिंग सुपरवाइज़र की आवश्यकता है।
उम्मीदवार को पैकेजिंग लाइन की टीम, गुणवत्ता और उत्पादन प्रक्रिया को संभालना होगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• पैकेजिंग लाइन की दैनिक गतिविधियों की निगरानी करना

• पैकेट का सही वजन, सीलिंग, लेबलिंग और बैच कोडिंग सुनिश्चित करना

• ऑपरेटर और हेल्पर्स की टीम को काम सौंपना और मैनेज करना

• स्वच्छता, GMP और सुरक्षा मानकों का पालन करवाना

• प्रोडक्शन, क्वालिटी और मेंटेनेंस टीम के साथ समन्वय करना

• शिफ्ट प्रोडक्शन रिपोर्ट और वेस्टेज रिकॉर्ड मेंटेन करना

• छोटे मशीन संबंधी मुद्दों को पहचानकर मेंटेनेंस टीम को बताना

योग्यता:

• कम से कम 1–2 साल का अनुभव फूड पैकेजिंग लाइन में (स्नैक्स, नमकीन, बिस्किट, मसाला, बेकरी आदि)

• पैकिंग मशीन (FFS, पाउच पैकिंग, फ्लो रैप आदि) का ज्ञान होना चाहिए

• टीम मैनेजमेंट व शिफ्ट में काम करने की क्षमता
