·         Prepare and maintain accurate packing records and documentation.

·         Coordinate with production and quality departments for smooth workflow.

·         Lead, guide, and support packing workers during the shift.

·         Report any operational or quality-related issues to the Production/QA team.

·         Work effectively across rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) as per schedule.
