Job Title – Oracle EBS MFG 3. Location: Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Noida/Hyderabad/Chennai 4. Educational Background – BE/Btech 5. Key Responsibilities – Production Support & Incident Management Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing modules in a production environment. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve manufacturing‑related incidents, ensuring adherence to SLAs. Handle shift handovers, priority incidents, and business‑critical issues during month‑end and peak operations. Perform functional root‑cause analysis (RCA) and work closely with technical teams for permanent fixes. Functional Expertise Support core Discrete Manufacturing processes, including: Bills of Material (BOM) Routings Work in Process (WIP) Discrete jobs, completions, backflush, and cost implications Understand manufacturing integrations with: Inventory Purchasing Cost Management Order Management (as applicable) Business & Stakeholder Collaboration Interact with business users to understand issues, validate data, and propose functional solutions. Participate in user calls, defect reviews, and operational meetings as required. Support month‑end, period close, and audit‑related activities from a functional standpoint. Documentation & Quality Prepare and maintain functional analysis documents, RCA notes, and support documentation. Ensure proper ticket updates, work notes, and audit readiness. Support testing and validation for fixes, patches, and minor enhancements. Shape Required Skills & Experience Mandatory Skills 8–10 years of experience in Oracle EBS, with strong focus on Discrete Manufacturing. Hands‑on experience in production support environments. Strong functional knowledge of: BOM WIP Routings Inventory & Costing integration Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools. Good understanding of month‑end and period closure processes. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience Level Senior Level
