Job Description – Operations Coordinator
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily operational activities, follow up with engineers, and assist in scheduling,Planning/discussions for candidates with 1–2 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate planning activities with internal teams and engineers.
Coordinate with internal teams and engineers for operational tasks.
Follow up regularly to ensure timely completion of activities.
Schedule and manage discussions and meetings.
Maintain trackers, reports, and operational updates.
Communicate effectively with Engineers and internal stakeholders.
Support end-to-end coordination activities.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in operations coordination or related roles.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of scheduling and coordination processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
Strong organizational abilities.
Problem-solving and coordination skills.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
