🔧 Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Operations Manager – Factory In-charge to oversee daily factory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring quality standards, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of factory operations and supporting company growth through optimal production planning and execution.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily factory operations and production schedules

Create BOMs (Bill of Materials) order-wise for accurate production planning

Supervise factory workers on the production floor and assign tasks accordingly

Monitor production progress and take corrective actions when required

Ensure adherence to quality control standards and perform product inspections

Resolve any factory-related issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner

Implement machine maintenance procedures to minimize downtime

Provide training and onboarding for new employees

Prepare and maintain reports related to production, inventory, and staff performance

Ensure all operations comply with safety policies and industry regulations

✅ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field

Proven experience as a Factory Manager, Plant Manager, or in a similar leadership role in manufacturing or operations

Professional certifications in Production Management and Quality Control preferred

Strong knowledge of factory equipment, tools, and safety protocols

Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills
