Operation Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end export operations: Oversee all stages, from order processing to delivery.

• Ensure compliance: Guarantee that all operations adhere to international trade laws and regulations.

• Coordinate logistics: Work with internal departments (production, warehouse) and external partners (freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers) to plan and execute shipments.

• Handle documentation: Prepare, verify, and manage all necessary export documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

• Monitor and resolve issues: Track shipments and proactively address any problems that arise.

• Optimize costs: Find opportunities to reduce logistics costs and improve overall operational efficiency.

• Maintain records: Ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping for audits and compliance purposes.

• Stay updated: Monitor changes in international regulations and tariffs and update internal processes accordingly.
