Operation Executive

Role Summary

Ziko Lifestyle is hiring a Production & Dispatch Coordinator to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at our footwear unit. The role involves ensuring timely production, proper coordination with internal teams, and on-time dispatch and delivery of client orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure production is completed as per planned timelines

• Monitor daily production activities at the manufacturing unit

• Coordinate with the production, quality, warehouse, and logistics teams

• Track client orders and ensure timely dispatch & delivery

• Follow up with vendors, supervisors, and internal stakeholders

• Maintain basic production and dispatch records

• Identify delays or bottlenecks and escalate proactively

• Ensure finished goods are packed and dispatched as per schedule

• Support smooth communication between factory and office teams
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing unit (Footwear experience preferred)

• Basic understanding of production flow and dispatch processes

• Good coordination and follow-up skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

• Comfortable working on the shop floor

• Basic MS Excel / reporting knowledge is a plus

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
