Job Responsibilities :
The Operating Engineer is the shift in-charge of the full production floor.
There is one Operating Engineer per 8-hour shift.
The Operating Engineer controls:
1. MNO Team.
2. Reactor Team.
3. Polishing Team.
Main duties of the Operating Engineer are:
1. Take charge from the previous Operating Engineer.
2. Check running batches.
3. Check pending production work.
4. Check manpower.
5. Allocate work to all three teams.
6. Check equipment readiness.
7. Check raw material status.
8. Monitor all three lines.
9. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and EHS.
10. Update Odoo Manufacturing records.
11. Control the Odoo tablet.
