Operation Executive

We are looking for a Operation Executive to join our team at Jainam Invamed Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless workflow.

• Generate dashboards and summary reports for different departments.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.

• Coordinating between departments to optimize processes.

• Resolve operational issues as they arise to maintain workflow continuity.

• Conduct regular data audits to ensure data quality.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Maintain and update MIS databases and systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)

Job Requirements:

1 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
