NPD – Sheet Metal Fabrication (Key Responsibilities)

Review customer drawings and check manufacturability (DFM).

Plan fabrication processes (laser cutting, bending, welding, finishing).

Develop tooling, fixtures, and coordinate prototype trials.

Prepare cost estimation and process flow.

Conduct trial runs and ensure quality approvals (FAI/PPAP if required).

Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, and customers.

Ensure timely product launch and documentation (BOM, control plan).

Work on cost reduction and process improvement.

Location: Delhi NCR, Noida, Ghaziabad
