Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Tool Room

Operate machine and measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all operations.
Follow standard operating procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Adhere to safety guidelines and continuous improvement practices.
Perform pre-operation checks to ensure equipment readiness.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Machine Shop

Maintain punctuality, discipline, and regular attendance.
Follow daily 5S practices and maintain workstations.
Take responsibility for product quality during manufacturing.
Perform part loading and unloading operations.
Inspect manufactured parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Segregate and store OK, Rework, and NG (Not Good) parts properly.
Report daily production output and work status to the supervisor.
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
